Winter Cleansing Detox Recipes

Unlike in summer where cooling salads and juices are recommended for detoxification, warm soups are ideal for detox during winter and autumn. You can use vegetables, beans, lentils, and healthy grains to make nutritious and delicious soups. The vegetables contain antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins that improve the detox process. It is better to make these soups from vegetables at home as opposed to stock cubes or canned food. The vegetables ensure the soup is healthy and nutritious. You can take the soup several days as part of your detox program. There are several recipes for detox soups.
