How To Do An Epsom Salt Liver Detox

detox lettersIf you are suffering pain in your lower right abdomen, weight gain, and/or having problems digesting food, there’s a good chance that you may be suffering from liver congestion. What is that anyway? Well, your liver produces bile (stomach acid) to break down fats and remove toxins, however, with congestion it’s not able to do so. Therefore, that backed up bile is causing an immense pain. This can also consequentially produce stones in your gallbladder. How can we adequately remove this pain and fast? There is a solution: our Epsom Salt Liver Detox. This will clean out your system in no time! Well first, why should we cleanse in the first place? Even if you aren’t currently suffering from congestion, it’s always a good idea to clean out your digestive system. This will aid in congestion prevention, but also make sure that your body effectively takes in all the nutrients from the food you ate. We wouldn’t suggest to cleanse everyday, however, once a week could do you some good. What do we need to do this procedure? Just some pure apple juice, grapefruit juice, light virgin olive oil, and the epsom salts. Please note that you need to use epsom salt specifically. Regular table salt is iodized and, therefore, cannot be used! The reason that we suggest epsom salt is that it is the most effective for a good flush. Here’s how the flush goes:

  • Start off by drinking 3-4 glasses of the apple juice daily a week before your cleanse.
  • Once it’s your start date, stop drinking or eating at 2 p.m. You
  • At 6:00 p.m., drink a ¾ cup of cold water with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts. If you want to use more Epsom salts that is fine! The more the merrier (and the more effective of a flush)
  • Repeat the previous step at 8:00 p.m.
  • At 10:00 p.m. a. Mix ¾ cup of grapefruit juice with ½ cup of light virgin olive oil (cold pressed is best) and shake it up. b. Visit the bathroom, drink the mix and then go to bed immediately.
  • ***Being still for 15-20 minutes is critical when first going to bed.
  • The next day, drink the same water-Epsom salt drink immediately after waking up and eat a light breakfast.
  • Two hours later, repeat Epsom drink for last time.
  • Begin feeling pain relief!

Your stool may be a bit green during this process which shows that it’s working! If there’s more side effects beyond this when going to the bathroom such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, that is also quite common. Please do not allow anyone that is menstruating nor children to do this procedure. How can we speed up with process even further? If you stretch your abdominal region, the fluids and salts you have consumed will more quickly make their way through your system to push everything out. Yoga is the most recommended exercise during the flush because it uses your flexibility without strenuously moving too much. With this method, you achieve the fastest results of liver congestion removal on only a couple of bucks!
