- Start off by drinking 3-4 glasses of the apple juice daily a week before your cleanse.
- Once it’s your start date, stop drinking or eating at 2 p.m. You
- At 6:00 p.m., drink a ¾ cup of cold water with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salts. If you want to use more Epsom salts that is fine! The more the merrier (and the more effective of a flush)
- Repeat the previous step at 8:00 p.m.
- At 10:00 p.m. a. Mix ¾ cup of grapefruit juice with ½ cup of light virgin olive oil (cold pressed is best) and shake it up. b. Visit the bathroom, drink the mix and then go to bed immediately.
- ***Being still for 15-20 minutes is critical when first going to bed.
- The next day, drink the same water-Epsom salt drink immediately after waking up and eat a light breakfast.
- Two hours later, repeat Epsom drink for last time.
- Begin feeling pain relief!
Your stool may be a bit green during this process which shows that it’s working! If there’s more side effects beyond this when going to the bathroom such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, that is also quite common.
